Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following circumstances:

a. Damaged or Defective Products

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional.

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos and/or an unboxing video are provided as proof.

b. Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Keep the product unused and in its original packaging.

  • Ensure all accessories and documentation remain intact.

c. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, drops, or liquid exposure.

  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or warranty cards.

  • Products with missing or altered serial numbers or IMEI numbers.

  • Software, digital downloads, gift cards, or promotional items.

  • Products showing signs of use beyond normal inspection.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and complimentary items must be included.

  • Product serial numbers and IMEI numbers must match our records.

  • The item must not be physically damaged after delivery due to customer negligence.

Returns that fail to meet these conditions may be rejected.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team through email or phone.

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Product Name

    • Reason for Return

    • Supporting Photos or Videos

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

Upon approval:

  • A pickup may be arranged where service is available, or

  • You may be asked to ship the product to the designated return address.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund or replacement.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and successfully verified:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges will only be refunded when:

  • A defective product was delivered.

  • An incorrect product was shipped by us.

Refunds may be delayed due to banking procedures beyond our control.


5. Replacement Policy

If the same product is unavailable:
